Yesterday we covered the AFC and my prediction broke down why I thought the Browns were over rated!

Today we will break down the NFC. Most experts are picking Minnesota Vikings to win their division. Not me I am not a believer. Do not get me wrong they have the best running attack in football. Last year their weakness was QB play and the defensive secondary. Lets look was this fixed in the offseason. Well first they are starting Tavaris Jackson enough said. There best QB will most likely be rookie Booty from USC. But a rookie leading a playoff contender give me a break. Next lets look at there secondary which gave up the most yards in the NFL. They added one notable secondary player free agent Nadeau Williams (FS). He will be an upgrade for the secondary but in Cincinnati Williams was not an impact player. They overpayed to get him but don't expect him to improve much with the weak CB play surrounding him. They did add help upfront on the defensive line which was already one of the best in football. Expect DE Allen (picked up from KC in a trade) to lead the league in sacks this year. But I believe this is not enough to overcome there secondary issues. In my opinion they did not improve any either major weakness from last year. Most experty pick them to win 10 games this year, not me. My best prediction is that GB will win the division again and MIN will end up winning 8 games again this year.

Remember do not fall in love with there unbelievable rushing attack and there stout defensive line. Instead look what got them beat last year. Again this year QB play and weak defensive secondary will hold them back from being the great team they strive to be!
