The Vancouver Canucks and Boston Bruins will battle for the Stanley Cup in a do-or-die Game 7 on Wednesday - and the Bodog oddsmakers are giving the home town Canucks the early advantage to win the match.

Bet on the Stanley Cup Finals now.

Favorites with -155 odds to win the championship, Vancouver will hope to catch sporadic goaltender Roberto Luongo on a good night. In his team’s three victories, Luongo has looked every bit as competent as Vezina candidate Tim Thomas, stopping 95 of the 97 shots he’s faced.

In the Vancouver’s three losses, however, Luongo has been obliterated for 15 goals on just 66 shots.

Thomas, meanwhile, has looked consistent between the pipes all series long, posting a save percentage of .961 while allowing just eight goals through the first six games. Even if the Bruins fall on the road in Game 7, Thomas remains a favorite to win the Conn Smythe award.

Neither team has won a game on the road so far in the best-of-seven, putting the pressure on Boston to turn the tide if they want to win their first Stanley Cup since 1972. Vancouver has never won the Stanley Cup.

Think you know how Game 7 will go down? It’s the sixth such do-or-die scenario in the past 10 Stanley Cup Finals.
