Carl Allen is a new name to the handicapping profession, but not new to winning. Mr. Allen worked under Tony George in the 2006 and 2007 season as a College Basketball and National Hockey League handicapper. Carl Allen was the overall net unit Champion in 2006 as documented by Pro cappers hitting an amazing +8000 units. Mr. Allen's approach is unique in that he uses against the spread information and other techniques he has developed over the years. Carl understands that it takes patience and money management to succeed in this business. Mr. Allen's speciality is not in one sport, but is in NFL, College BB, NBA, and NHL. Elite Package!
Mr. Allen will be offering a new package based on various systems. This package will have 3 picks daily year round. It will include various picks from all sports. I will offer this package for a low fee of 99.00 for the year. This package will start Tuesday January 29, 2008. I go to college full time so on Tuesdays and Thursdays the picks will not be posted until about 5 P.M. The rest of the days in the week plays will be up around 1 P.M.

Arena Football!
Mr. Allen will have 3 picks a week in this package. Mr. Allen has brought on a handicapper that had a real good record last year. Mr. Allen looks to have a good year in Arena Football.

Carl Allen Release Times
Carl Allen releases his plays in a timely fashion with the majority of them including detailed analysis. On the weekdays you can expect to see his plays up and ready by 9 AM Eastern at the latest. On the weekend Carl Allen will have his plays up and ready for his customers by 8 AM Eastern.
 
Carl Allen Rating System
Most of Carl Allen's plays will be rated 1 unit. The only exception to this rule are Carl's System Plays, and they are rated 2 units.
 
Carl Allen Money Management
Money management is what most bettors fail to understand. One should bet the same on each game with a few Top Plays in a given year. Also, keep in mind that one should never bet more than 5% of their bankroll on any given game. Patience and money management will determine whether one fails or succeeds.
